Ernest was the best, honestly one of my favorite techs yet. Paula is very good with communicating and they have a very good business here. It makes a world of difference when the people helping you with a problem make it feel like family. These people are great, my go to for now on.'

Did not use them yet. They did an inspection of our system and we need to get a hole new system. They were very nice and tolerated all my questions. They were very helpful and explained everything that they were doing and what the out come was. I would definitely recommend them.'

Williams AC was incredible and if I ever need a new AC unit again I will definitely use them. I got quotes with a few different companies and in the end I decided to use Williams. They also came out and put Freon in my old unit so my family didn't have to suffer until the new one came in!'

Will helped our AC unit again for the 2nd year in a row. Last year our AC shut down in the heat of the summer and he came out quickly and fixed the problem. No pushing for a new unit or any expensive parts, just put more freon in the unit.

Came out again this year to check on the unit, ensure everything was in working order, and advised to get it rechecked early next year! I will definitely keep using William's AC from now on. I'm hoping I don't need to call William's Air Conditioning & Heating for anything again but if I do, I'll do it with the confidence that they'll get the job done right quickly and efficiently, with professionalism. I recently moved into my new home and was having heating issues so I called my home warranty in order to have someone sent out. William's Air Conditioning & Heating was assigned to the call and they were able to schedule and appointment the same week. The technician that came out was very polite and professional. He looked over all the vents and wasn't able to find anything wrong but provided a few tips on how to maintain the home warm throughout. He was also nice enough to install a new Nest thermostat without having to call in for another appointment.' - Jean R.

We were referred to Williams by our home warranty company to replace our HVAC unit. The warranty co. was VERY slow in finding the correct unit - it took 30 days! Williams was sent to pick up a unit twice, only to learn it was the wrong unit, and they kept us informed of the process every step of the way. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, friendly -- and on time! Paula provided great customer service answering lots of questions from an impatient customer. (The warranty was taking so long) Would definitely recommend Williams Air Conditioning and Heating.
