Paula Heffelfinger, President & Owner resides in Goodyear, AZ and began her career in the family business servicing and maintaining air conditioners before managing Operations and Sales. Today, Paula handles the majority of telecommunications with customers while overseeing her Field Technicians to ensure the highest levels of customer service. Paula has a son who is becoming an anime film producer and a daughter who recently graduated ASU.
Gabriel Maestas, Field Supervisor brings another 26 years experience and has an HVAC Engineering degree. He specializes in technical expertise in both Service, Repair, Maintenance and Installations. Gabriel has two children and lives in Glendale, AZ.
John Lovely, Field Technician has 10 years experience repairing, servicing, maintaining and installing HVAC equipment. He owns two dogs, a cat and visits his grandparents in Flagstaff regularly. He lives in Goodyear, AZ.
Ernest Martinez, Field Senior Technician was trained under Gabriel Maeastas and has 3 years experience in Repair, Service, Maintenance and Installation of HVAC. Ernest Martinez, Field Technician has 5 children and lives in Phoenix, AZ.
Michelle C., Office Administrator lives in Goodyear, AZ and enjoys the great weather here spending most of her free time golfing and hiking.

I got a great deal on two Trane systems from them, I believe Brad helped me out with that. Although I've had some hiccups with one of the units, one of their techs, Gabe, has been great. When working with these sophisticated systems, as in Trane, its invaluable to have a tech that knows what they are doing. Thanks team Williams!
